Kumenya ibyo utekereza bisobanura ‘kurekura ibitekerezo ugasiba n’imitekerereze’ akenshi ukabikora utumbiriye ikintu, nko guhumeka. Ibi imizi yabyo ishingiye ku myizerere y’abahindu n’Ababudisite.
Nk’abakristo dukeneye kwitondera imikorere y’iby’ikinyejana gishya birimo kwinjira mu nsengero. Yoga ishobora kugaragazwa nka ‘Yoga ya Gikristu’ ariko uburyo ikorwamo (uko binanuramo) ni ukuramya ibigirwamana bya Hindu, byizerwa nk’ibifungura imbaraga mu mubiri, zizwi nka chakras. Kumenya ibyo utekereza (Mindfulness) iri gukoreshwa mu nsengero aho kuri ubu ari umwitozo wa buri munsi abana bakora ku mashuri amwe n’amwe. Muri iki gihe hari ikitwa ‘Gukangukira gutekereza kuri Kristo’, ariko ni uguhindura kumenya ibyo utekereza (mindfulness) bayigira ‘iya gikirisitu’.
Ntabwo dukeneye kwigira ku yandi madini kugira ngo dukunde kandi twubahe Yesu cyangwa ngo twibwire Ijambo rye. Abafilipi 4:6-7 hadufasha kumenya uko dukwiriye gusenga no gutekereza. Handitswe ngo ‘Ntimukagire icyo mwiganyira, ahubwo ibyo mushaka byose bimenywe n’Imana mubisabiye, mubyingingiye, mushima. Nuko amahoro y’Imana ahebuje rwose ayo umuntu yamenya, azarindire imitima yanyu n’ibyo mwibwira muri Kristo Yesu.’ Mbega isezerano ryiza! Amahoro ye azarinda imitima n’ubwenge bwacu nyuma yo gusaba no kwinginga no gushima Umwami!
Umurongo wa 8 usobanura ibyo dukwiriye kwibwira: ‘Ibisigaye bene Data, iby’ukuri byose, ibyo kubahwa byose, ibyo gukiranuka byose, ibiboneye byose, iby’igikundiro byose n’ibishimwa byose, nihaba hariho ingeso nziza kandi hakabaho ishimwe abe ari byo mwibwira.’
Umurongo wa 9 uvuga ngo ‘… abe ari byo mukora [mu buzima bwa buri munsi]. Ni bwo Imana y’amahoro [yo soko y’amahoro] izabana namwe.’ Dukeneye kumureka WE akatubera isoko y’amahoro.
